The 44th District Court processes all traffic and parking tickets issued in the city of Berkley and Royal Oak. You can pay online by using Clemis for the first 14 days after the ticket is issued. You will need to use your LAST name as it appears on the citation and the Citation number or your driver's license number. After 14 days you may make a credit/debit card payment to AllPaid, INC or by calling 888-604-7888 with the court's pay location code; 3031. 

Parking on the streets is prohibited from 2 AM - 6 AM throughout the city. Temporary permits may be granted for a limited period of time for special occasions and other circumstances such as construction. Permits are available at the Public Safety Department 24 hours a day. Public Safety is located at 2395 Twelve Mile Rd, Berkley, MI. 

Be advised that when a snow emergency is declared, parking is prohibited on all city streets. This will allow for the safe passage of snow plows and emergency vehicles. The Public Safety Department will issue violations and vehicles will be towed as necessary.
