In August of 2023, the City completed a Parking Study to inform parking requirements for Zoning Ordinance updates and to develop strategies for parking management in the Downtown Development Authority District.

While this study does not hold the City to any specific requirements, it does provide a roadmap to inform Zoning Ordinance decisions and parking policies moving forward.
