The City of Berkley seeks qualified vendors, consultants, and other business organizations in order to purchase equipment, goods, and services as needed. When sealed bids are required, specifications and other documentation are posted on the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network website (MITN), unless otherwise indicated. Vendors can register on MITN, at no charge at www.mitn.info.

PROCUREMENT POLICIES

City of Berkley Non-Discrimination Policy, as approved by R-12-20, prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, height, weight, disability, veteran status, familial status, marital status, or any other legally protected status under federal and state laws in employment with, or programs, activities, or services of the City.

The City of Berkley Title VI Plan outlines the City Administration's implementation of Title VI in conjunction with the City's Non-Discrimination Policy.
